EBIKE EXPERIENCE IN AN OLIVE MILL AND SALVIANO' S WINERY
UNFORGETTABLE VIEWS FOR OIL AND WINE' S EXTRAORDINARY EXPERIENCES .

Riding along easy gravels we admire  amazing landscapes, and going up views are any time wider as far as the eye can see.

Our firts stop is at "Bartolomei" olive mill, where an exciting visit to "Oil museum" and a great oil tasting are an unique experience . Different vatieties of oils, blend and monoculture on "bruschette" are a superbe experience for your palate.

We go on towards the old City of "Civitella", beautiful village still uncontaminated in its ancientness, taking you back  in time. From one side you admire the Tiber' s valley, on the other side Amerini Mountains.

From here, riding a gravel, we reach Salviano' s vineyards, excellent winery, founded in X century by the Franch Family Montemarte, later purchased by Princeps Corsini, and now owned by Marchese Incisa della Rocchetta.
A great wine tasting visiting the ancient wine cellars is an emotional experience: beautiful scenarios escort excellent wines and the paired food. 

Then we ride back, on the way to Montecchio, also very ancient city, dominating the Tiber' s valley.

So, on the road to Baschi along fields, olive trees and vineyards we get back to the starting point.
